The biggest reason for geyser bursting is its excessive pressure and poor thermostat system. When the water inside the geyser becomes excessively hot and steam starts forming, its pressure increases. If the safety valve is not working properly or someone has blocked it, then this pressure is not able to come out. In such a situation, the risk of geyser eruption increases, which sometimes occurs like an explosion.

Often people keep the electric geyser on for a long time or touch its switch with wet hands. This is a huge mistake. The combination of moisture and current can be very dangerous. If the wiring system of the geyser is old or damaged then the current can spread into the bathroom and a fatal accident can occur. Therefore always ensure that the wiring and earthing of your geyser is done properly.
