Rinku Singh Priya Saroj Wedding Postponed: The wedding of Indian cricketer Rinku Singh and Samajwadi Party MP Priya Saroj has been postponed. Earlier, both were to be married in November. A media report claimed that the wedding date has been extended due to Rinku Singh’s busy schedule in November. This month, Rinku and Priya got engaged in Lucknow, where many VIP guests attended their reception. Akhilesh Yadav and Jaya Bachchan also came in them.
Now according to a report published in Amar Ujala, the marriage has been postponed in November due to Rinku Singh’s busy schedule. The family members of Rinku-Priya, quoting Amar Ujala, told that now the wedding will be held in February 2026 and the new date of marriage will be revealed soon.
The report said that the family had booked the Taj Hotel in Varanasi on November 19 for the wedding ceremony. But Rinku will be representing the Indian team during November, in such a situation, both families have to extend the wedding date. It was also told that the Taj Hotel has now been booked again for February, but its date has not been revealed.
The engagement took place on 8 June
On 8 June, the engagement ceremony of Rinku Singh and Priya Singh took place. After the engagement, Rinku shared the post on Instagram and told that he had been waiting for this moment for a long time. Rinku was representing the Kolkata Knight Riders team in IPL 2025 some time ago. On the other hand, Priya Saroj is an MP from Machilishahar from Samajwadi Party seat in Uttar Pradesh. Priya’s father, stormy Saroj is also one of the veteran leaders of the Samajwadi Party.
