However, when the packet was opened, other companions were also stunned by soap in place of Powerbank. We complained to Amazon’s customer service without delay. According to the details given in the product, the company can replace Powerbank by 4 April 2025. However, there is no policy to refund the company’s return or amount on this product. According to the details of the product, the seller of this product is listed as Cocoblu Retail Limited, a company based in Ludhiana, Punjab.
Since, the cash was purchased through cash on delivery on this product, the company says that it will take further action after the payment settlement. The company said that most of the payments are settled within 72 hours, but it is expected that it will be done before that, after which the company will take further action.

The inside packet was open
When we examined the packet of the product in depth, it was found that the packet of Powerbank was opened. The dirt herself on the silling tape was telling itself that the packet was opened and the powerbank has been stolen from it. Not only this, we also found the seal of earphone packets open. That is, both the products found in the packet were tampered with.

What is Amazon’s policy on these incidents?
Online shopping companies also make some policies to protect customers from fraud. If we look at Amazon’s policy, the company says that if the customer gets delivery packet damage or open, the customer can refuse to take it. However, the problem in this is that the packet outside is completely sealed in such a scam, but when the customer opens after receiving the packet, he gets the inside packet open. Although the company refunds the money when such a scam from the customer, it gives a deep shock to the customer’s trust on the platform.
