She was injured by JMM MP Mahua Maji’s car hitting a roadside truck while returning from Mahakumbh in Latehar district of Jharkhand. Police said that Rajya Sabha MP Maji’s left wrist has fractured. He has been admitted to a private hospital in Ranchi. His family members in the car have also suffered minor injuries.
Where did the incident happen?
The incident took place near Hotwag village on NH-75 around 2.30 am. Sadar police station in-charge Dular Chaudi said that Maji was immediately rushed to Sadar Hospital, where he was first aid and then referred to RIMS-Ranchi for better treatment. She told that she was returning to Ranchi from Prayagraj with her son and daughter -in -law.
