On Thursday, complainant Beggary Eradication Team officer Phool Singh father Mangilal registered a case against the accused Mukesh father Balaram (48) resident of Bhavana Nagar Khandwa Naka in Bhanwarkuan police station. According to the application, Sonabai husband Balram resident of 146 Bhavana Nagar Palda Indore is continuously begging in Bhanwarkuan intersection. Before this, he was released a year ago after giving an affidavit from his son Mukesh. After this, he was caught twice by the rescue team while begging in the temple located at Bhanwarkuan intersection. On Thursday, when she was again seen begging, a case was registered against Sonabai’s son Mukesh, who took responsibility by submitting an affidavit for her husband Balram for violation of the restrictive order made under Section 163 of the Indian Civil Security Act 2023.
Similarly, in another case, the complainant, Beggary Eradication Team officer Phool Singh, father of Mangilal, appeared at Bhanwarkuan police station and lodged an FIR. In this matter it was told that this case has been registered against an unknown accused. According to the case, on January 21, an unknown youth (who had come in vehicle number MP09 SG4361) violated the prohibitory order by giving alms to a beggar sitting in front of the temple at Hanuman temple situated on the roadside in Khandwa Naka. Since a case under section 223 BNS has been found, the crime has been registered and taken up for investigation.
