The Government of India is preparing to take big action against Khalistanis.
The Government of India is now preparing to take strict steps abroad against Khalistani terrorists and their gangsters. The Ministry of External Affairs, along with intelligence agencies, soon formally to the US, Britain, Canada, Australia and some European countries.

The government will now put pressure on these countries to hand over such terrorists to India. Recently, Home Minister Amit Shah also raised the issue at the two -day National Security Conference of Intelligence Bureau (IB) held in Delhi. He instructed the police and central agencies of the states to prepare a list of such Khalistani and gangster-nails who have taken refuge in abroad with fake documents.
Many cases of fake documents were reported
There have been many such cases in the last few years, where Khalistani elements traveled abroad through fake documents. For example, Khalistani leader Hardeep Singh Nijjar- who was murdered by unknown assailants in the city of Surrey in Canada in June 2023. He traveled to Canada in 1997 under the name ‘Ravi Sharma’.
In March this year, Uttar Pradesh Police arrested Lazar Christ, a terrorist of Babbar Khalsa International, who was trying to flee abroad by getting a fake passport from a gang in Delhi. In February 2025, the UP Police caught a network in Pilibhit, which used to prepare fake visas and documents for Khalistani elements.
Mea and Home Ministry shared campaign
Officials said that after the IB conference, now the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Ministry of External Affairs will take formal action on it. The next major agenda of the Ministry of Home Affairs is that by gathering strong evidence against every desired Khalistani or gangster-Atki, it should be shown that they took a visa or refuge on the basis of fake documents. Then on the basis of these evidence, an attempt will be made to extradite India by formal talks with the respective countries.
India’s special attention on Canada
Canada is currently being considered as the biggest destination of Khalistani and gangster-attested. Last month, the government in Parliament informed that the Canadian intelligence agency CSIS itself has also admitted in its 2024 annual report that Khalistani extremist canadians are using the earth for anti-India activities.
Mea said in a written reply in Parliament on July 24- The 2024 annual report of CSIS released on 18 June 2025 confirmed that Khalistani militants are using Canada land to plan violent activities targeting India, collect funds and promote.
The report also stated that the violent activities of Canada based Khalistani militants are also threatening Canada’s national security and its interests. This proves India’s concerns right that Canada has become a safe base for anti -India separatists.

Action will also be taken on narco-smugglers
Apart from the Khalistani terrorists, Amit Shah also directed the agencies and the police of the states at the conference to intensify the action to identify the desired drug smugglers hidden abroad and bring them back to India. Under this, instructions have also been given to focus on large drug cartels.
India is now in a mood to take concrete action against Khalistani terrorism and its involved in international evidence against its involved gangsters. In the coming months, there will be a formal discussion in many bilateral meetings and India will try to bring back these terrorists hiding abroad using fake documents.
