India to hold three-day camp in Kolkata from Jan 18 Sitanshu Kotak to join IND vs ENG latest sports news

Indian Team Camp At Kolkata: A series of 5 T20 matches will be played between India and England. After this, both the teams will face each other in a series of 3 ODI matches. India-England T20 series is starting from 22 January. Whereas, the first ODI will be played from 6th February. However, before the series against England, there will be a gathering of Indian players in Kolkata. Indian cricketers will participate in a 3-day camp here. This camp is starting from 18th January. After this, the first T20 match will be played between the two teams on 22 January. The camp is being considered very important before the England series.

Indian Express has written quoting sources that new batting coach Shitanshu Kotak will join the Indian team camp in Kolkata. This camp will run for 3 days. At the same time, the Indian players participating in this camp will reach Kolkata by January 18. Recently, the Indian team was announced for the T20 series against England. Mohammed Shami has returned to the Indian team led by Suryakumar Yadav. In this way the fast bowler has made a comeback after almost a year. While opener Yashasvi Jaiswal and wicketkeeper batsman Rishabh Pant have been rested.

Indian team will field with these all-rounders-

Apart from this, Dhruv Jurel has been included in the Indian team. Jasprit Bumrah and Mohammad Siraj have been rested. The Indian team will enter the T20 series against England with fast bowlers like Harshit Rana and Arshdeep Singh. Also, this squad will have all-rounders like Hardik Pandya, Akshar Patel and Nitish Kumar Reddy.
