Australia has given a mountain-like target to Team India in the semi-finals of the 2025 Women’s ODI World Cup. Thanks to the century of Phoebe Litchfield and half-centuries of Ellyse Perry and Ashley Gardner, Australia has given India a target of 339 runs. However, at one time it seemed that the Australian team would easily cross 350, but the Indian bowlers restricted the run rate by taking consecutive wickets.

Phoebe Litchfield played a brilliant inning of 119 runs in 93 balls with the help of 17 fours and 3 sixes. Elise Perry scored 77 runs in 88 balls. 6 fours and 2 sixes came from his bat.

After the dismissal of Phoebe Litchfield and Ellyse Perry, Ashley Gardner played a brilliant inning of 63 runs in just 45 balls. 4 fours and 4 sixes came from his bat. No one could stand on the other end. Beth Mooney was out after scoring 24, Annabal Sutherland 03, Tahila McGrath 12 and Kim Garth 17 runs.
