Ind vs Eng First Test: The first day of the headingley Test between India and England was completely the name of the Indian batsmen. This was Yashasvi’s first Test innings against England and he has impressed everyone with his calm and intelligent game. Earlier, he did not repeat the mistakes he made in the practice matches played against England Lions.

Gill’s batting was strongly praised

Indian captain Shubman Gill’s century innings was also praised by Yashasvi. He said, & ldquo; Shubman Gill has performed excellent batting. After the end of the first day’s play, Captain Shubman Gill has returned unbeaten after scoring 127 runs. If he bats on the second day, he can reach close to double century.

Earlier, KL Rahul scored 42 runs and shared a 91 -run opening partnership with Yashasvi. However, just before lunch, Rahul and Sai Sudarshan, who were making debut, were dismissed early on 0 runs.

Wicketkeeper batsman Rishabh Pant for India is also standing at the crease by scoring 65 runs. Team India will now look at scoring 500 plus scores in the first inning.
