Praising Karun Nair, Kaif said, “He plays big innings in Ranji, he has scored continuously. He has the power to bat all day, he can score runs by playing grounded shots. You should also have the ability to leave the balls.”

Karun Nair has returned to the national team after 8 years on the basis of domestic. He is also the Indian batsman playing the largest individual innings (303 not out) against England. He scored 374 runs in 7 innings for India with an average of 63.33. Nair has 3128 runs in 186 first class innings.

Cheteshwar and Pujara had dominated their dominance by playing at number three, Pujara no longer get a chance.
