The release issued by the Meteorological Department said, “In the evening and night, the wind speed from the south-east direction will be reduced to 8 km per hour.” Summer has set new records in Barmer, Rajasthan. On Sunday (April 06, 2025), the maximum temperature was 45.6 degrees Celsius, the highest temperature so far in the first week of April. This is 6.8 degrees above normal.
Hot winds will run in Gujarat
The Meteorological Department said that hot winds are likely to run at some places in Gujarat during April 6-10, while some places in Saurashtra and Kutch are expected to have severe heat. During this time, there is a possibility of warm wave in Rajasthan. The Meteorological Department said that heatstroke is likely to run in different areas of Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, Chandigarh, Punjab, Madhya Pradesh and western Uttar Pradesh.
