ICC has not yet given reply to Bangladesh, BCB gets upset; Know the latest update on the whole matter

Bangladesh Cricket Board is upset because ICC has not yet responded to its letter. Actually, BCB had written in that letter demanding that it does not want to send its team to India for the T20 World Cup due to security reasons. He talked about getting his World Cup matches held in Sri Lanka. But the International Cricket Council (ICC) has not yet responded to this demand.

Ever since Kolkata Knight Riders released Mustafizur Rahman on the instructions of BCCI, there has been tension between the cricket boards of India and Bangladesh. Now according to PTI, BCB President Aminul Islam Bulbul says that he has not yet received the reply from ICC.

ICC has not responded

According to news agency PTI, BCB President Aminul Islam said, “We have not received any response from the ICC yet. We have sent all the documents and evidence related to our concerns. An alternative Indian venue will ultimately be an Indian venue. No unilateral decision can be taken here, and we have to follow the instructions of the government. We are in the same situation as we were a few days ago.”

If ICC does not respond, what will Bangladesh do?

This situation has also attracted the attention of the cricket world recently that if Bangladesh is asked to play its matches in India, will the Bangladesh team withdraw from the T20 World Cup?

Regarding such a situation, BCB President Aminul Islam said, “If we are not allowed to play in Sri Lanka, I would not like to say anything about it until the ICC’s reply comes.”

Aminul Islam also said that ICC can give a decision on this subject next week. The BCB President has also dismissed reports that the venue of Bangladesh’s matches could be changed to Chennai or Hyderabad.
