Gorakhpur MP Ravi Kishan Shukla, who has made a strong name for himself from cinema to politics, has received death threats. The person making the threat is calling himself Ajay Kumar Yadav, a resident of Javaniya village in Arrah district of Bihar. The person, who identified himself as Ajay Kumar Yadav, called the MP’s private secretary Shivam Dwivedi and not only used abusive language but also openly threatened, “If Ravi Kishan makes comments on Yadavs, I will shoot him.”
When BJP MP’s personal secretary Shivam Dwivedi clearly said that the MP has never made any objectionable comment against any community. On this, accused Ajay Yadav got enraged and started abusing both the MP and his secretary. He even said, “I am aware of your every activity, when you come to Bihar after four days, I will kill you.” He also made religious comments along with threats!
The accused also said objectionable words about Ram temple.
During the conversation, accused Ajay Yadav supported the statement of Bhojpuri singer Khesari Lal Yadav, in which he had talked about building a hospital in place of Ram temple. During this time the accused also said objectionable words about Lord Shri Ram and Ram temple. The secretaries of the MP have given a complaint in this matter. After the threat, the security of BJP MP and star campaigner Ravi Kishan Shukla may be increased.
Demand for immediate arrest of the youth who threatened
After this incident, MP’s personal secretaries Shivam Dwivedi and Pawan Dubey met the Senior Superintendent of Police of Gorakhpur and submitted a written memorandum against the accused. In the memorandum, a demand has been made to increase the security of the MP and immediate arrest of the youth who threatened.
