Holi 2025: Four teenagers died of drowning in the Ulhas river on Friday (March 14) in Badlapur area of ​​Thane district in Maharashtra. A police officer gave this information. He told that after celebrating Holi, 15-16 years old, he landed in the river to bathe and suddenly he was swept away due to the rise in the water level. The four students were students of class 10.

The official said that the submerged boys have been identified as Aryan Medar (15), Om Singh Tomar (15), Siddharth Singh (16) and Aryan Singh (16), and all were residents of Poddar Griha Complex in Bhetoli. “The bodies of the four have been recovered and they have been sent to Badlapur Rural Hospital for post -mortem. The case has been registered and investigation is on for post -mortem.

Kishore attacked while playing Holi
At the same time, a 17 -year -old boy allegedly attacked and injured a 17 -year -old boy after a dispute during the Holi ceremony in a residential complex in Thane district itself. The police gave this information on Friday. The official said that a case has been registered in connection with this incident in Dombivali on Thursday night.

Controversy over balloon throwing
He said that a group of children of the residential complex were throwing water balloons at each other, when a balloon accidentally fell on a person standing nearby. He said that the accused person allegedly beat up a boy from the group and attacked him with a sharp weapon and injured him. He said that the investigation of the case is going on and no arrest has been made in this regard.
