Haryana minister anil vij slams government officials for not following orders in Ambala Cantonment Constituency

Haryana News: Haryana Minister Anil Vij expressed strong displeasure over the officials not following his orders on Thursday (January 30). He said that he is ready to go on a fast unto death like farmer leader Jagjit Singh Dallawal for the people of his Ambala Cantt constituency. The 71 -year -old senior BJP leader, who was a seven -time MLA from Ambala Cantt, said that he has stopped setting up Janata Darbar in Ambala, which he used to organize every Monday.

Anil Vij said that I cannot even attend the meetings of the Grievance Redressal Committee, because the officials are not implementing my orders. I have nothing to do with the rest of Haryana, but the people of Ambala Cantt have chosen me seven times. Even if I have to agitate for their work, I will also do that. This is not the first time Vij has expressed his displeasure with the officials.

Angry with officials earlier also
Earlier in October, he expressed disappointment at the absence of some senior officials in a meeting convened in Ambala. Before that, when Manohar Lal Khattar was the Chief Minister of Haryana, Vij often disagreed with him. Khattar is currently working as Union Minister. When the BJP first came to power in Haryana in 2014, then Vij, Ram, Ram Bilas Sharma, along with other BJP leaders, was considered to be at the forefront of the post of CM.

However, the party chose Manohar Lal Khattar, who became MLA for the first time at that time as its CM candidate. In March 2024, Anil Vij expressed dissatisfaction with the BJP that when the party decided to convert Khattar into the Chief Minister and replace him with Naib Singh Saini, he was not consulted. Vij claimed that he came to know about the change during the meeting of BJP MLAs in Chandigarh when Saini’s name was announced.

This claim was made in September 2024
A few days before the assembly elections in September 2024, Anil Vij said that if the party wins, he will present the claim for the post of Chief Minister. When Naib Saini replaced Khattar, people asked why not Anil Vij? Many people from the state and my constituency met me about this. I have always followed my party’s orders, but I said that if the party makes me CM, I will change the ‘fortune and picture’ of Haryana.

Anil Vij recently said that Mohan Lal Badoli, who has been booked for mass rape, should resign from the post of state BJP chief to maintain the sanctity of the party until innocent in the investigation of Himachal Pradesh Police Needed. A case has been registered after Haryana BJP chief Badoli and singer Rocky Mittal were accused by a woman that she was raped by her in a hotel in Kasauli, Himachal Pradesh. The police have registered an FIR against him.
