Gaurav Singh said, CRPF is taking less allowance than forces like SSB, BSF and ITBP while working under difficult conditions. These include transport allowance, additional house rate allowance, high altitude allowance and Tour TA, etc. Despite the clear orders of the Ministry of Personnel, CRPF has refused to give these allowances. This causes the morale of the soldiers to fall. Gaurav requested the DG, saying that the orders of the Government of India should be analyzed at the Directorate level. The soldiers and officials get their legitimate rights, so that their morale is extended.

The rules of the Government of India are not being followed by the Directorate General in declaring the Safare of Duty. A district is being declared a Safare of Duty Declare. SR-61 states that a personnel should be outside the ‘Safare of Duty’/inside, which will be considered on a tour after going on duty more than 8 kilometers from the headquarters. After this, the DG asked if you have any document on these subjects. At the same time, the officer gave a folder related to all the allowance to DG.
