The UPI Down was also confirmed by the popular website dowdater tracking the outage. According to the dowdater, the problem of UPI Down started at 12 noon. Many large number of users were affected by such disturbances in UPI. For 12.30 minutes more than 1800 users complained about the shutdown of Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, SBI to take digital service. The reason why the outage is facing in UPI, at present, NPCI has not shared any kind of official information about it.

Due to UPI down, many works including local shopping, online bill payment and transfer of money were stopped. According to the dowdater, about 66% of the users said that they are facing problems in digital payment while there were 34% users who reported problems in fund transfer.
Let us tell you that UPI is the biggest platform as a digital payment. It has been prepared by NPCI. This online payment platform works entirely under the supervision of the Reserve Bank of India. Payment from UPI has become a part of people’s lives in today’s time. This is the reason that when there is a problem of outage in UPI, millions of people are affected.
Let me tell you that this is not the first time UPI users are facing outage. Even before this, many such problems have been revealed. Recently, UPI Down was also done on 26 March. However, this problem was solved by NPCI at that time.
