To get compensation, the victim’s family will first have to submit the incident report and necessary documents to the concerned police station or relief department. This includes death certificate or medical report, identity card, copy of bank passbook and proof of address. After this the application is submitted to the Delhi Disaster Management Authority or the District Office of the Revenue Department.
