Goan Vegetable curry recipe by archana’s kitchen
  • To begin making the goan vegetable curry recipe, clean and chop the vegetables into cubes.

  • Add the masala paste and salt to the cooked vegetables. Cook on Sim Till the raw smell from curry goes and keep stirring in Between. This will take about 5 to 7 minutes.

  • Switch off when the curry is cooked properly. Serve hot.
