Hans said on Tuesday, “The gang associated with Donny Bal and Lucky Patial is behind this murder. The accused committed this crime on his instructions.” When the Senior Superintendent of Police was asked about the reason behind this murder, he said, ”The reason was his dominance over the Kabaddi tournament. This gang considered Rana Balachauria to be close to (jailed gangster) Jaggu Bhagwanpuria. It is believed that this murder was committed in this connection.
