Many Bollywood actors have faced casting couch. During an interview recently, actress Saiyami Kher also talked about the casting couch. The actress said that instead of working in a film in the South Industry, she was talked about compromising.

In an interview to Bollywood bubble, Saiyami Kher shared the casting couch experience in the South Industry. The actress told- When she was just 19 years old, she was asked to compromise for the role in a Telugu film.

Saiyami Kher said- A female casting director of the South Industry said that it will have to be compromised to get work in the film. I was shocked to hear how a woman can talk like this?

The actress further said – I said, ‘Madam, I do not understand what you are saying? I kept repeating this again and again. Finally he said- Look, you have to understand. I said- I am sorry that you feel that I am a person who needs to follow this path. I have some limitations that I have never crossed in my life.

Please tell that Saiyami Kher made her Bollywood debut with director Omprakash Mehra’s film Mirzia. Anil Kapoor’s son Harshvardhan Kapoor also made his debut with this film. However, the film was not successful. Apart from this film, Saiyami Kher has worked in many popular films like ‘Ghoomar’, ‘Molly’, ‘Chokd’ ‘Wowde Dog’. His work in the recently released film ‘Jat’ was highly appreciated.
