Trump claimed that Russia did not dare to attack Ukraine during his tenure.

Trump cited the mutual understanding between him and Putin as the reason behind this.

Will review arms supply to Ukraine

On the supply of arms to Ukraine from America, Trump said that he is reviewing it. Trump said that he is talking to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on this issue. Trump will also talk to Putin soon.

On the other hand, Trump accused the European Union of giving less financial assistance to Ukraine than the US. Trump said that we are giving 200 billion dollars for Ukraine. Europe is in greater danger than us, yet they are providing less help.

Referring to his conversation with the Ukrainian president, Trump said Zelensky wants peace. For this, both Russia and Ukraine will have to negotiate. It is necessary for both to agree.

Putin spoke to Jinping on Ukraine war

Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping on Tuesday talked about ending the Ukraine war and relations with new US President Donald Trump.

Jinping and Putin talked for one hour and 35 minutes through video call. Both also proposed to further deepen the strategic partnership between Russia and China.

Kremlin’s foreign policy advisor Yuri Ushakov said that Russia wants to maintain respectful relations with America.
