Diljit Dosanjh faced racism during Australia tour. Hearing the news of his arrival in Australia, people said that a new Uber driver has arrived. Apart from this, some people also made many objectionable comments. Now Diljit has disclosed this and said that he no longer gets angry with all these things.
Diljit Dosanjh has recently shared the behind-the-scenes video of Australia Tour from his YouTube channel. In this he said, ‘When we landed here from the flight, the Daily Mail people came. He had posted a news that Diljit Dosanjh has returned from India (Punjab). Someone sent me that post, I went and checked. I didn’t know earlier that he had uploaded it. There were a lot of comments below it, like, “A new Uber driver has arrived,” “A new person working at 7-11 has arrived,” meaning there were a lot of racist comments like that.
Diljit further said, ‘I saw people fighting there because they have struggled a lot for their identity here. I feel that this world, this earth, should not have any boundaries. Anyone can go anywhere. But people have created their own boundaries, that “This is ours,” “Our country,” “Our country,” “This is our country,” “This is our area, you don’t come here, we won’t go there.” For me there is only one earth. And I don’t get angry at all at those who have come here and worked hard.
‘Those who commented that “Uber has arrived” or “Sweepers have arrived”, oh brother, if you get an Uber on time, that is the biggest relief. Sometimes, if an Uber is not available, “it becomes difficult” and someone says, “A new truck driver has arrived, the one with the keys.” Hey, if there are no truck drivers, even the bread will not reach home.
I am not angry- Diljit Dosanjh
At the end of the video, Diljit said, ‘So I am not angry, but I just say, “Man, where are the people still standing?” Come on, God himself will fix everything. Because when there is “Ek Omkar”, then He gets everything done, nothing is in the hands of humans. So Maharaj will do everything right. My love and respect to everyone. Whoever speaks ill, whoever is racist, love them also.
Let us tell you that Diljit Dosanjh is on Aura Tour these days. He performed at the Comband Stadium in Sydney, Australia on 26 October. Apart from this, he also performed at Theater Arena Now Stadium in Sydney. On November 1, Diljit will perform at Aami Park Stadium in Brisbane.
