Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh is on cloud nine these days. His recent release film ‘Dhurandhar’ is blowing smoke at the box office. The songs of the film are also trending a lot. ‘Dhurandhar’ was released in theaters on 5th December and now it has been 20 days since the film hit the big screen. Despite this, this spy-thriller film is collecting double digits at the box office every day.
‘Dhurandhar’ has earned more than Rs 900 crore worldwide. It has now become the highest grossing Bollywood film by doing business of more than Rs 600 crore at the Indian box office. Despite this, it has not been able to break the record of a blockbuster film and ‘Dhurandhar’ may have to wait a long time to beat this film.
Box office collection of ‘Dhurandhar’
- ‘Dhurandhar’ had collected Rs 281 crore at the box office in the first week.
- In the second week, the film did a business of Rs 281.5 crore at the domestic box office.
- ‘Dhurandhar’ had earned Rs 99.70 crore on the third weekend and Rs 19.70 crore on the 18th day.
- Even on the 19th day, the film had collected Rs 20.40 crore in India.
- Now the initial figures of the 20th day of ‘Dhurandhar’ have come out.
- According to Sacknilk, the film has earned Rs 17.75 crore today (11 pm).
- With this, the total collection of ‘Dhurandhar’ has now become Rs 637.05 crore.
‘Dhurandhar’ could not break the record of this film
The budget of ‘Dhurandhar’ is said to be Rs 250 crore. To be a hit, any film has to collect twice the budget. Whereas ‘Dhurandhar’ has made almost triple the collection. ‘Dhurandhar’ has become a blockbuster by earning Rs 637.05 crore. But this film of Ranveer Singh has not been able to beat ‘Pushpa 2’ till now. This film of Allu Arjun, released in 2024, had earned Rs 812.14 crore at the Indian box office.
