On November 10, 13 people were killed in the blast near Red Fort metro station, while many people were injured. Ram Charan’s upcoming film Peddi was to be shot at a short distance from the place where the blast took place. He had already taken permission to shoot in the Red Fort, however now after the blast all the bookings have been canceled.

According to a Times of India report, there was some patchwork left for Ram Charan’s upcoming film Peddi, for which the team got permission to shoot in the Red Fort and its surrounding areas. However, now this schedule has been changed.

Ram Charan’s team was to shoot in the Red Fort and its surrounding locations on November 15 and 16, but now the shooting will not be possible due to cancellation of booking.

Rashmika Mandanna was also going to shoot her upcoming film near the Red Fort, however till now no news has come out about the cancellation of her shooting.

Ram Charan’s film Peddi is scheduled to release on 27 March 2026. Its shooting is almost completed. Some parts of the film have been shot near the Red Fort, although some patch work related to it is still pending. Janhvi Kapoor is in the lead role with Ram Charan in this film. Actors Shiva Rajkumar, Jagapathi Babu and Divyendu will also be seen in important roles. Apart from Delhi, this film has been shot in Hyderabad, Sri Lanka and Pune.

The music of the film has been given by AR Rahman and its digital rights have been purchased by Netflix.

Let us tell you that at around 6.51 pm on November 10, the signal turned green near Red Fort Metro Station, as soon as the vehicles moved forward, a blast occurred in the moving i20 car. Flames rose due to the loud bang. Most of the nearby vehicles were blown to pieces. 13 people died and many were injured in this blast. Two days later, a severed hand was found 300 meters away from the blast site.
