The investigation report of the National Human Rights Commission has been revealed in the death of seven patients at Mission Hospital in Damoh city. The hospital’s cath lab and the doctor serving there, Narendra Yadav alias N John Cam, has been described as fake. Apart from this, in the facilities available to the patients in the name of Ayushman Card in Mission Hospital, it has also been said about big fraud. Along with this, orders have also been given for the administrative inquiry of the then CMHO Dr. Mukesh Jain. Advocate Deepak Tiwari, the complainant and chairman of the Child Welfare Committee, said that the Commission investigation report was waiting for three months, which came out on Wednesday. However, the collector has said that the report is not received.

Based on the Commission’s investigation report, orders have also been issued to register seven separate FIRs on the Mission Hospital and its management committee. EOW, including foreign funding of Mission Hospital, has been recommended to investigate the fraud. Instructions have also been given to provide security under the Whistle Blower Act to Advocate Deepak Tiwari and victim Krishna Patel, chairman of the Child Welfare Committee, who complained to the National Human Rights Commission.

Keep CMHO investigation pressed
Tiwari, chairman of the Child Welfare Committee, said that from January to February this year, a fake doctor N John Cam had undergone heart surgery after treating seven heart patients. Due to which he died. I had complained to the collector about this matter. The Collector had ordered the CMHO to investigate, but CMHO Dr. Mukesh Jain kept sitting on this investigation for two months. After this I had to complain to the National Human Rights Commission. The Commission team came and investigated the matter. Talked to the family members of the patients. After that the investigation report has now come. In it, the head of Mission Hospital, Dr. Ajay Lal and others are also accused.
Hospital on government land
Complainant Deepak Tiwari said that it has also been clear in the investigation that this hospital has been encroached on government land. The Commission has also written to cancel the registration of the hospital. Tiwari said that now it depends on the district administration how soon he will take justice to the victims by taking action in this matter.

Collector said that investigation report did not come to me
In the case of the Commission’s investigation report, Collector Sudhir Kochhar says that he has not yet received the investigation report. Let us tell you that the doctor Kem, accused in the case of death of seven patients, has been in jail for three months, a case has been registered against him in Bilaspur in Chhattisgarh. Apart from this, FIR is also registered against Dr. Ajay Lal and Managing Committee members. The reward for his arrest is declared.
