The Tibetan Buddhist leader Dalai Lama will attend the 15th Tibetan religious conference held in the North Indian hill city Dharamshala from 2-4 July. Tibetan spiritual leader and 14th Dalai Lama, can make a big announcement during the upcoming conference here. The Dalai Lama is turning 90 on July 6.

The Tibetan Buddhist leaders, including all four sects, Shakya, Kagu, Ningma and Gelug’s heads and representatives, will meet the Dalai Lama in July. However, Karmapa Rinpoche, the head of the Kagu sect, will not attend the event and his absence will definitely make Tibetans unhappy.
Tibetan activist Tenzin Tsundu told ANI that this conference of Tibetan Buddhist leaders is very important. They are likely to meet the advisor of the Dalai Lama, who will also give their suggestions regarding the future plan of the Dalai Lama.
