Indian cricket team head coach Gautam Gambhir is known for his frankness in expressing his views. Now, during the India-West Indies Test series, he has given a big statement, in which he said that he is ready to bear all the criticism for Shubman Gill. Gambhir said that he always says one thing to Gill that he will continue to get full support. Gambhir is excited to see how Gill does as captain when his team is stuck in a difficult situation.

Gill, who was given the captaincy of the Test team after the retirement of Rohit Sharma this year. He has now also become the captain of the ODI team and will be seen captaining Team India for the first time in a white ball match on the Australian tour. India-Australia ODI series is going to start from October 19.

On Shubman Gill’s captaincy, coach Gautam Gambhir said, “He is the captain of the ODI team. I want to see how he reacts when the team is in a difficult situation. In the second Test against West Indies being played in Delhi, Shubman Gill had broken many big records by playing an unbeaten inning of 129 runs. This is the 10th century of his Test career. His innings helped India reach the score of 518 in the first innings.
