In fact, the Supreme Court upheld the order of the Calcutta High Court in which the appointment of more than 25,000 employees in Bengal schools was canceled by SSC. In the case, LOP (Leader of Opposition) of West Bengal, Shubhendu Adhikari, along with BJP MLAs, demonstrated against the state government.
