The police are trying to find out who is responsible for the accident in the Dargah of Patt Shah in Hazrat Nizamuddin area. Initial investigations have revealed that the building of the rooms was in a very shabby condition. During the rain on Friday, as soon as the water reached the foundation, the rooms became frozen. During the investigation, the police have come to know that the pit was also formed behind the rooms due to rain.

Due to this, the roof and wall of the rooms suddenly fell. In addition to the crime team on both Friday and Saturday, the FSL team reached the spot. The teams were trying to reach the causes of the accident. On the other hand, the police recorded statements of several people associated with the dargah.

After the accident on Friday, the police team took DVR of CCTV cameras installed in the dargah. On Saturday, the team continued to investigate the accident with his help.

Local people said- ASI was not allowing the rooms to repair the rooms
Local people claimed that the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) was not allowing the rooms in the dargah to repair the rooms due to the tomb of Humayun. A man present in the dargah said that five rooms were constructed 50 years ago in a 700 -year -old Dargah. In this, two rooms were built for the dargah cleric and three rooms for Zarine coming from outside.

Time passed and the condition of the rooms kept getting dilapidated. 20-25 years ago, the people who oversee the dargah tried to get them repaired, but the ASI stopped doing so by talking about the damage to Humayun’s tomb. He was not heard even after pleading several times and the accident took place on Friday.
