Calling will be done without network, Vodafone Idea made big preparations, joined hands with this company for satellite service

Vodafone Idea has made great preparations to provide better service to its crores of users. Users of Vodafone-Idea will get calling facility without mobile network. Vodafone Idea has partnered with American company Ast Spacemobile to compete with Airtel, Jio and BSNL. The American company provides direct-to-mobile service facility through satellite. Vodafone-Idea will also provide connectivity to its users across India in those areas where mobile network connectivity is not correct.

Calling will be done without network

AST spacemobile claims that even a hardware upgrade can be provided in ordinary mobile phones. However, the signals of Leo satellites working on Android and iOS operating systems cannot be direct beams. Earlier, Elon Musk’s company Starlink has also tested direct-to-cell service. The company will soon provide satellite service in India. Users will be provided direct-to-cell service along with satellite broadband.

According to the PTI report, Ast Spacemobile said it would be for the launch of partnership design, implementation and system. AST Spacemobile will develop satellite constals for Vodafone Idea in India to develop and manufacture and spectrum operations. Apart from this, these two companies have partnered for enterprise and Internet of Things (IOT) besides companies of different sectors.

What did AST spacemobile say?

At present, there are around 115 crore mobile users in India, which use 2G/4G/5G mobile network. After the launch of the satellite service, users will also get satellite based direct-to-mobile service in addition to the current Teasseal Cellular Service. Chris Ivory, Chief Commercial Officer of AST Spacemobile, said India is a very large and dynamic telecom market, due to which satellite based cellular broadband can also compliment the Teacial Mobile Network.
