BSNL has introduced a special festive offer on the occasion of New Year. On the occasion of Christmas and New Year, the government telecom company is offering extra data for free with some of its prepaid plans. Users will get the benefit of this festive offer by recharging their number with these four prepaid plans of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited. The company has officially shared this information.

According to the information shared by the official X handle of BSNL Tamil Nadu, extra data is being offered to the users in four prepaid plans of the company. This offer of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited will be valid from today i.e. 24 December 2025 to 31 January 2026. During this period, daily extra data will be offered to the users on recharging the numbers from these four prepaid plans of the company.
According to the company’s post, BSNL users will be offered extra data in recharge plans of STV 225, STV 347, STV 485 and PV 2399. In prepaid plans where users used to get 2GB data daily, now 2.5GB data will be offered daily. Whereas in the plan with 2.5GB daily data, users will get 3GB daily data.
2.5GB data plan
This prepaid recharge plan of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited comes for Rs 225. It has a validity of 28 days. In this plan, users were being offered 2.5GB data daily, in which now 3GB data will be available. In this, users will also get the benefit of 100 free SMS daily. Besides, you will also get the benefit of unlimited calling and free national roaming.
2GB data plans
The company offers 2GB daily data to users in its STV 347, STV 485 and PV 2399. In these plans, users now get the benefit of unlimited calling and free national roaming along with 3GB daily data and 100 free SMS. The company offers 50 days validity in its STV 347 plan. Whereas, in STV 485 plan, users get validity of 72 days. At the same time, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited offers 365 days validity to the users in PV 2399.
