Bsnl offer: Government telecom company BSNL has launched a highly economical and attractive offer which has been introduced on the occasion of Independence Day. Under this offer, customers are getting unlimited calling with validity of 28 days, 2GB high-speed data daily and 100 SMS free every day. This offer is especially for new BSNL customers, which aims to reach the company’s upgrade network to more and more people.

BSNL’s new ‘Freedom Offer’

BSNL gave information about this offer on its official X (first Twitter) account where it has been named ‘true digital freedom’. If customers take new BSNL SIM between August 1 and August 31, then they will get all these facilities for the entire 30 days on a recharge of just 1 rupee. The scheme includes unlimited calling, 2GB data and 100 SMS daily across the country including national roaming.

This offer is available for limited time and has been implemented in all circles of the country. Customers can avail this plan by taking a new SIM card for just 1 rupee from any authorized center of BSNL.

Trying to increase ARPU between decreasing user number

According to the recent TRAI report, millions of users from BSNL and VI have been ported to other companies in the last months. In view of the falling user base, BSNL has adopted this aggressive strategy to strengthen its share in the market.

The government has given a target to increase the Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) to BSNL, but at the same time it has also been instructed that the prices of tariffs should not be increased for this. Now review meetings will be held every month so that the improvement can be monitored.

Airtel’s new plan

Airtel has recently introduced a new plan of Rs 399. The validity of this plan is 28 days and unlimited voice calling, high-speed data and free national roaming (except Jammu and Kashmir) are being provided. Users get 2.5GB data and 100 SMS free every day. Also, this plan also includes free subscription of Jiohotstar for 28 days, which will also benefit OTT content enthusiasts.
