In Rampur Nayagaon of Gorakhnath police station area of ​​Gorakhpur, a brother strangled his own sister to death over a dispute of Rs 3 lakh. After the murder, he packed the body in a sack and threw it in a sugarcane field in Nebua Naurangia area of ​​Kushinagar district.

Two days after receiving the missing information, the police recovered the body late on Wednesday night at the behest of the accused brother. The accused is being questioned by the police. Neelam Nishad (19), resident of Rampur Nayagaon, had left home at 5 pm on October 27 and did not return.

His sister Isravati Devi had reported her missing on number 112 in the night. The next day, the family lodged a complaint in the police station accusing Neelam’s brother Ram Ashish Nishad of murder. According to the family, there was a dispute going on between the two regarding a transaction of Rs 3 lakh.
