Today, patients going for treatment in the government hospital of Patna are facing problems. There are two reasons for this. The first is that the medical students of Nalanda Medical College Hospital have gone on strike. Students doing internship in NMCH are demanding stipend. Secondly, the ambulance workers of Dial 102 have also gone on strike. They say that the ambulance employees remain skeptical on many points towards the new agency. Instead of solving them, the agency is forcibly implementing the rules as per its wish. This should be resolved.

Know what the medical students did
On Tuesday, medical students of NMCH went on strike. Students demonstrated vigorously in the hospital premises. The registration counter was closed for some time and OPD was also disrupted. Medical students are demanding that the hospital management is not giving stipend saying that funds are not available. She is demanding stipend from July 2024 but no hearing is taking place. Therefore, we have announced to go on an indefinite strike.
Now know what the ambulance workers are saying
Ambulance workers have been sitting at the Gardnibagh protest site since Wednesday morning. State President of Bihar Ambulance Federation Mohammad Muslim and other leaders said that they will continue protesting until their demands are met. Ambulance workers are transferred unfairly and removed from the job without any reason. This is injustice. The government will have to do justice to us.
