Special guests arrived from the cricket world

Many famous personalities from the cricket world were also present on this occasion. Delhi Capitals head coach Hemang Badani and team’s cricket director Venkatarapati Rao also attended the programme. Akshar has a deep connection with the Delhi franchise, as he was selected as the new captain of the team in IPL 2025.

Shine in both career and personal life

The last two years have been very special for Akshar Patel. He not only played an important role in Team India winning the 2024 T20 World Cup and 2025 Champions Trophy, but also won the hearts of the fans with his calm nature and responsible performance. His brilliant innings in the 2024 World Cup final is still memorable, which brought the team out of difficult situations.

Home associated with childhood memories

Akshar had recently told in an interview to journalist Vimal Kumar that he misses the days of his old house in Nadiad. There he used to play street cricket with his friends. Now when the same boy is representing India at the international level and is building a new house in the same city with his family, it is a symbol of both his hard work and humility.
