The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced the revised program of the playoffs of IPL 2025. According to this, now the title match of this season will be played at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad instead of Eden Gardens in Kolkata. Due to tension between India and Pakistan, the current season of IPL was postponed for a week which resumed from 17 May.

The BCCI had announced the revised program for the remaining matches, but did not reveal the final and playoff venues. It was believed that Kolkata could take away the host of the final and it was officially stamped on Tuesday. According to the revised program of BCCI, the PCA Stadium of New Chandigarh will host the Eliminator match on May 29 and Eliminator on May 30.

At the same time, the world’s largest cricket stadium Narendra Modi Stadium will host the final match on June 1 and the final match on June 3. According to the old program, Hyderabad and Kolkata had to host the playoff match.
