In the second T20 International match played at Bristol’s county ground, the Indian women’s cricket team defeated England by 24 runs to take an unassailable 2-0 lead in the three-match series. Batting first after losing the toss, India scored 181 runs in 20 overs.
Jemima Rodrigues and Amanjot Kaur showed the team out of the difficult situation and showed a significant partnership of 93 runs, with the help of which the women’s team managed to score 181 runs. Jemima scored a brilliant half -century while Amanjot scored the first half -century of her T20 career and stayed till the last ball.

India’s start was disappointing and India lost three wickets in the powerplay. Shaifali Verma, Smriti Mandhana and captain Harmanpreet Kaur returned to the pavilion cheaply. After this, Jemima and Amanjot handled the innings. Both faced the aggressive attack of England fast bowlers and scored half -centuries.

While Jemima scored 63 runs in 41 balls, Amanjot also scored 63 runs in 40 balls and remained unbeaten till the end.
Buyum’s fifty did not work
In response, England started to bat for batting and his three wickets were dismissed for just 17 runs. However, Tammy Beomont kept hope for some time.
Buomont scored his first T20 E half -century in about four years and added 70 runs off 49 balls to partner with Amy Jones. She was run out after scoring 54 runs with Sneha Rana’s exact throw. For India, Mr. Charani took two wickets in a single over, while Amanjot and Deepti Sharma also took one wicket each.
