Prashant Kishore has made several allegations against JDU Minister Ashok Chaudhary. After his allegations, Ashok Chaudhary has also sent a defamation notice of 100 crores. After this, State General Secretary Kishore Kumar presented paper evidence in the purchase of several precious lands by Nita Kaskar Chaudhary and Manav Vaibhav Vikas Trust, wife of Ashok Chaudhary. Told that Neeta Kesakar Chaudhary bought two properties from a builder named Dilip Mittal and Rakesh Aggarwal in 2021 and 2022. In one, husband Ashok Chaudhary was named while in the other named his father. About seven crore rupees were spent in the purchase of both property. Their deed number is 2939 and 4640. The question is, where did Nita Kesakar Chaudhary come from?
Neeta Keskar Chaudhary already accused of cheating
He said that Neeta Keskar Chaudhary is already accused in another case of fraud of about three crore rupees from Punjab National Bank. This case is still under consideration in the Supreme Court.
Kishore Kumar also introduced documents for the purchase of property through the Manav Vaibhav Vikas Trust of Kishore Kunal. It is said that its purchase was made between Ashok Chaudhary’s daughter Shambhavi Chaudhary and Kishore Kunal’s son Sion Kunal during the marriage and marriage. The trust has never purchased so many lands before. There are details of purchasing six property in four months of marriage. All this property is in the posh areas of Patna.
Where and how many land?
It was told that 5.5 crore in Srikrishnapuri on 28 March 2021, 3.4 crore in Roopaspur on 12 May 2022, 8.9 crore in Roopaspur, 7.2 crore in Mainpura on 14 July 2022, 2.05 crore in Pataliputra on 15 July 2022 and 15.50 crore in Pataliputra. About 47 crore rupees were paid for all these. The market price is more than Rs 100 crore.
The question was raised that the secretary of this trust is the mother of the Chief Secretary of Bihar, Professor Kavita Srivastava. The question is that as soon as Ashok Chaudhary’s daughter is married to Sion Kunal, why did this trust buy so much property?
Kishore Kumar also told that Ashok Chaudhary got his PA Yogendra Dutt procured property in 2019. Then in 2021, he got the land transferred in the name of his daughter Shambhavi Chaudhary. At the time when Shambhavi Chaudhary was studying, Yogendra Dutt was given Rs 10 lakh from his account. Later, on 27 April 2025, Ashok Chaudhary forcibly deposited Rs 25 lakh in the account of Yogendra Dutt on the income tax notice. The reason is that Yogendra Dutt refused to take the money after four years.
Along with presenting the papers, new allegations can increase the tension of Ashok Chaudhary. Now it has to be seen that there is some response from the JDU minister.
