The company said in a statement on Wednesday that through this service, customers will be able to know about all the products including Apple’s iPhone 16, compare different models and also get information about funding options for their purchase. This service of Apple will be very beneficial for the common people, so that they will be able to get all the information about any product closely and they will be able to choose the right product for themselves easily.

Along with iOS, Service will also be available on Android device

Apple said that India is the second country where ‘Shop with a Specialist Over Video’ Service has been started. According to the statement, under this service, customers will join the members of the Apple Store team through safe, unilateral video calls. Apple experts will suggest them about the appropriate product keeping in mind the need of the customer. This service is available on both iOS and non-iOS devices. Apple said that currently customers are being consulted in English language.
