On the occasion of the 17th Civil Servant Day, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who was honored with the Prime Minister Award for Excellence in Public Administration, returned Namami Gange and Additional Chief Secretary of Rural Water Supply Department Anurag Shrivastava on Tuesday by laying a red carpet by the departmental employees. For this achievement, small to big officers and employees greeted their Additional Chief Secretary by giving them flowers.

Anurag Srivastava, a 1992 batch IAS officer, was awarded the Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday with the Prime Minister Award for Excellence in Public Administration. The award has been given to him for innovative use of the use of solar power in water life mission projects in Uttar Pradesh.
