The OTT platform Amazon Prime Video canceled the second season of ‘Citadel’ franchise’s Indian version ‘Citadel: Honey Bani’ and Italian version ‘Citadel: Diana’. However, Priyanka Chopra and Richard Maden starrer Main series will be the second season stream of ‘Sitadale’.
According to the deadline report, Vernon Sanders, television head of Amazon MGM Studios, has said that the stories of these two series will now be shown in the main ie International Season 2 of ‘SITDAL’.
She also told that ‘Honey Bani’ and ‘Diana’ were well liked by the audience and she was successful. But now their different series will not come.
Citadel’s second season will come in 2026
Vernon Sanders further said, ‘The next part of Citadale is going to be the best season ever. Along with tremendous twists, there will be an entry of many new artists, which will carry forward this story. At the same time, in 2026, ‘Citadel Season-2’ will be the worldwide premiere.
Web series ‘Citadel: Honey Bani’ came in 2024
The Indian version of Citadale ‘Citadel: Honey Bani’ was directed by ‘The Family Man’ Fame Raj and DK. Varun Dhawan and Samantha Ruth Prabhu were seen in the lead roles in this spy action web series. The series was released in the year 2024.
Its Italian version ‘Citadel: Diana’ was also streamful in the year 2024 itself. Matida de Angeles played the lead role in this series.
