Alwar News: Horrific road accident on Delhi-Mumbai Expressway, 3 burnt alive, 1 injured – Alwar Delhi Mumbai Expressway Road Accident Many Burned Alive 1 Injured Jaipur

A pickup caught fire late on Tuesday night on the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway. Three people were badly burnt in the accident and died on the spot. A seriously burnt person was referred to Jaipur. The accident happened in Raini police station area at around 1 am. ASI Mohammad Amin said that it is estimated that the pickup was hit by a vehicle on the driver’s side. As soon as the collision occurred, fire spread in the pickup. Due to the intensity of the fire, the people in the pickup did not get a chance to get out. The bodies of all three people were found stuck to the seats.

Two people who were burnt alive in the pickup were from Madhya Pradesh and one from Haryana. ASI said that the three bodies found in the pickup have been identified as Mohit (Bahadurgarh, Haryana), Deependra (Sagar, Madhya Pradesh) and Padam (Sagar, Madhya Pradesh). The driver injured in the accident is Hanni (Jhajjar, Haryana). After first aid, he has been referred to Jaipur in critical condition. Police said the pickup was hit from behind. Information about the true reason will be revealed only after investigation.

Seeing the huge fire in the pickup, panic spread among the drivers on the expressway. The convoy of vehicles came to a complete halt after the fire. Local people said that by the time the rescue started, the pickup was completely burnt. After the accident, a crowd of drivers and people from nearby villages gathered at the spot. But people appeared helpless as there was no water system to extinguish the fire on the expressway.

Police are examining the CCTV footage installed on the expressway. Only after investigation will it become clear who hit the pickup. The bodies were kept in the mortuary of Raini Hospital. Information was received from the numbers of the pickup vehicle that the vehicle was from Jhajjar (Haryana). After this the police informed the relatives of the deceased about the accident. Post mortem of the dead bodies will be done only after the arrival of the relatives.
