After the arrival of generative AI service, Alexa will be able to answer complex questions and take action on their behalf without the intervention of users as an agent. Amazon has chosen an anthropic Claude model instead of depending on its model. Actually, the initial version of Amazon AI used to delay in answering, due to which the company was criticized a lot.

Users will have to pay money

Initially, Amazon will keep this service free for a limited number of users, but in the future, fees can be charged from per month. This fee can be up to Rs 450-850 per month. If someone does not want to pay this fee, then the old version of Alexa will be available for free. Let us know that Alexa has more than 10 crore active users and so far more than 50 crores Alexa-enabled devices have been sold. In such a situation, it is necessary to update it for Amazon.
