Brand ambassador Ram Charan launched the tournament by shooting an arrow at the Balaji Ramlila Committee.
South actor Ram Charan showed his archery skills during Dussehra on Thursday. He fired arrows on the effigies of Ravana.
His wife Upasana Konidela shared the video of this event on social media. Despite the rain, many people reached the event and participated. Archery Premier League was also launched on this occasion.
In the video, Ram Charan is seen handling the bow and arrow very easily. He then addressed the people and thanked for coming to the program despite the rain.
In fact, Archery Premier League is being organized from 2 to 12 October at Yamuna Sports Complex in Delhi. Archers from 12 countries are participating in it. Virendra Sachdeva, general secretary of the Archery Association of India, said that the event is being led by Union President and Union Minister Arjun Munda.
The league will give the international platform to the players and will give a new identity to the archery in India.
