On Monday night, a fire broke out in the warehouses near the old clothes at village Raniinal in Moradabad on Monday evening amidst strong winds. For about two km, flames and smoke bubbles appeared in the sky. Apart from the district, fire brigade vehicles were called from Rampur to control the fire. The fire was not under control after hours of attempt. The fire burned clothes worth lakhs of rupees kept in the warehouses. The cause of the incident could not be ascertained.

A fierce fire broke out in about 60 warehouses of old clothes on Monday evening in village Raninangal of Bhojpur. The fire was so strong that the flames and smoke bubbles began to appear two kilometers away. Due to strong winds, the fire spread rapidly and took all the warehouses one by one. There was chaos on the occasion and the villagers started running around after saving their lives. In the accident, clothes worth lakhs of rupees were gutted. However, no casualties were reported.
