Actor Paresh Rawal has now confirmed the film again after announcing the release of ‘Hera Pheri 3’. After which many people have questions in mind how this matter is improved. In an interview, film producer Feroz Nadiadwala told how the matter is resolved.
Speaking to Pinkvilla, Feroz Nadiadwala said that Sajid Nadiadwala and Ahmed Khan played a key role in resolving the issue. He said, “With the love, honor and good guidance of my brother Sajid Nadiadwala, as well as Ahmed Khan Saheb, the ‘Hera Pheri’ family has become one again.”
Feroz Nadiadwala is known as producers of hit comedy films like ‘Hera Pheri’, ‘Phir Hera Pheri’ and ‘Welcome’.
Feroze further said, “My brother Sajid spent very private time and hard work for several days to resolve the matter. We have a 50 -year -old relationship. Ahmed also worked very hard. Everything is good and positive now with the love and guidance of Sajid and Ahmed.”
Akshay Kumar also got full support
Feroze also explained how Akshay helped resolve the issue. He said, “We also got full support of Akshay ji. We have had a very good relationship since 1996. He was very kind, loving and intimate in solving the entire issue. Priyadarshan ji, Paresh ji and Sunil ji also supported. Now we are expecting a good, happy film.”
Let us know that recently Paresh Rawal has given confirmation to return to the film, ending the controversy of Hera Pheri 3. Shortly before, Paresh Rawal left the film Hera Pheri 3 due to creative difference, which was disappointed.

You cannot take things lightly. Work hard and give them. So I believed that everyone should come in hand, work hard and nothing.

When Paresh Rawal left the film, Akshay sent legal notice
After the news of Paresh Rawal’s sudden release of the film, Akshay Kumar’s team, who was producing the film, sent him a legal notice. Akshay’s lawyer Pooja Tidke had said that the production company has spent a lot of money on the film, so legal action can be taken in this matter.
As the controversy escalated, Paresh Rawal returned the signing amount of the film with a 5 percent interest of Rs 11 lakh.

The film’s director Priyadarshan said in an interview to Mid Day- Akshay Kumar has an emotional attachment with the film. When he came to know about Paresh’s decision to leave the film, he became emotional. They started crying and asked me- why are Paresh doing this? If Paresh does not want to do the film, then Akshay Kumar should not lose money because of this. I think why Akshay has taken a step to send the notice? Whatever decision Paresh had to take, he would talk to us once. We have been friends for all years, told and understood the whole thing on a call.
The first film of this franchise was released in Hera Pheri 2000 and the second film again Hera Pheri was released in 2006.
