Samajwadi party news: The Samajwadi Party on Monday expelled three rebel MLAs Abhay Singh, Rakesh Pratap Singh and Manoj Kumar Pandey and expelled from the party. After the expulsion from the SP, now the law will not be applicable on the party. In such a situation, if he did not resign himself, then his assembly membership will not go.

The SP on Monday showed the way out of the party, Abhay Singh, MLA from Goshaiganj, Rakesh Pratap Singh, MLA from Gauriganj and Manoj Kumar Pandey, MLA from Unchahar. These three MLAs were among the cross voting during the Rajya Sabha elections last year. Since then, his closeness with BJP was also being seen. The SP has taken out the three from the party by accusing the three of opposition activities.

When the official information of their expulsion will be given by the SP to the Speaker of the Assembly, they can recognize them as unrelated legislators.

Vidhan Sabha Speaker Satish Mahana said that if the members of the politics party are declared as an expelled assembly, then the law does not apply to them.
