Actor R Madhavan and his wife Sarita have rented their luxury apartment for two years at the Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) in Mumbai. According to real estate platform square yards, the apartment has been rented to British multinational oil and gas company BP Exploration (Alpha) Limited. This company was earlier known as ‘British Petroleum’.
Explain that the monthly fare of this apartment has been fixed ₹ 6.50 lakh. The lease agreement was registered on 11 June 2025. The total fare during the 2 -year lease term will be ₹ 1.60 crore.
R Madhavan is known for work in Tamil and Hindi films.
R Madhavan has also received a security deposit of ₹ 39 lakh on this deal. The transaction has been paid a stamp duty of ₹ 47,000 and a registration fee of ₹ 1,000. The lease is believed to start from the first week of June 2025. It has a 16-month lock-in period. The fare for the month in the first year will be ₹ 6.50 lakh, while in the second year it will reach ₹ 6.83 lakh with an increase of 5%.

The area’s area is 4,182 sq ft and is located in the Signia Pearl Tower. This building is considered a premium residential society of BKC. In the first year, about 4.5% gross rental yield will be available from this deal. It can increase to 4.7% in the second year.
