The Uttarakhand government has once again made a major reshuffle at the administrative level. An order related to the transfer of 33 IAS and 24 PCS officers was issued by the administration late Thursday evening. In this sequence, the District Magistrates of many districts have been replaced.
According to the new order, the District Magistrate of Pauri Garhwal Ashish Kumar has been transferred to UCADA (Uttarakhand Tourism Development Council) and made the Chief Executive Officer. Prateek Jain has been appointed as the District Magistrate of Rudraprayag district, while Manish Kumar has been given the command of Champawat. Prashant Kumar Arya has been made the new DM of Uttarkashi district. At the same time, Swati Bhadoria has been given the responsibility of District Magistrate of Pauri Garhwal.

Apart from this, IFS officer Parag Madhukar Dhak, which is a special secretary, has now been made the Special Secretary of the Minority Welfare Department. The responsibility of the Watershed Department has been removed from Chief Secretary Anand Vardhan, while the tourism department has now been entrusted to Sachin Kurve to Dheeraj Singh. Dheeraj Singh was still handling the responsibility of Minority Welfare Department.
Talking about PCS officials, Gopal Ram Binwal, who was still the Deputy Municipal Commissioner of Dehradun, has now been made the Municipal Commissioner of Rishikesh. At the same time, Deputy Collector of Nainital Tushar Saini has been made the deputy collector of Udham Singh Nagar. Apart from this, Ramanji Sharan Sharma has been made the Chief Development Officer of Almora. Monica, deputy collector of Bageshwar, has been made the deputy collector of Nainital district. At the same time, Deputy Collector Premlal of Haridwar district has been made the deputy collector of Dehradun.
